Serving as the General Manager at Masco Group, he has played a pivotal role in driving strategic marketing initiatives, optimizing production processes, and strengthening supply chain operations. In 2024, Mr. Ferdoush introduced himself to the world as an author through his groundbreaking publication, Blueprints for Success - a five-part English-language series focused on corporate learning and development. The series gained remarkable popularity, reaching its 4th edition within the first year and becoming one of the most appreciated corporate resources in recent years.
